Taping is a rehabilitation method that involves application over an area of pain or swelling muscles to reduce pain and inflammation. Taping can support and realign joints after injury, and aid postural alignment in chronic conditions. It is also useful for sprains & tendonitis.Just a few examples include rehabilitation from sports injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, lower back strain/pain (subluxation, herniated disc), knee and shoulder conditions.
